Challenge
The week had outrun the tools. Accounting, time, identity of product, the public door, and the credit file did not match the warehouse.

First domain, professional email, and a site. Public, customer, and team access split so the cooler was not run from a brochure.

AI Operation Systems
Server and QuickBooks the office could share. Invoicing off the dead dot-matrix. Workstations that survived the new box. Time clocks through to payroll, including remote and drivers.
Food safety and quality, in versions: Product Identification F2T (lots, vendors, a recall that no longer takes four hours and three desks). ECO ripening process and room. Spice Distribution Automation so the specialty line was a process, not a person. Security path for the floor.
